Lubosz Sarnecki 6956042fb4 d/remote: Use same return type as in interface. 
Fixes GCC 13 warning [-Wenum-int-mismatch].

Use same return type in for r_create_devices definition in r_hub.c as in
the declaration in r_interface.h.

The function was already returning correct xrt_result_t.
