Lubosz Sarnecki e78ad12634 aux/android/custom_surface: Make JNI happy. 
Keep android_load_class methods in C++, since
casting the class handle to void results in:

```
JNI DETECTED ERROR IN APPLICATION: use of deleted global reference.
```
