Rename equirect to equirect2.
Rename shader files.

Christoph Haag a0dd182dae build/ctl: Explicitly depend on generated ipc client header 
Including a header in the build target is the documented solution for depending on
the generation of files via custom targets.

Fixes build on alpine linux.
